Strategic Plan for Information Access
I guided an internally staffed project team through a process to create a three year strategic plan for information access.
The completed plan proposed a set of process components:
1. Guide to Best Practice
2. Timeline
3. Advisory group
4. Glossary
5. Standards identification
In addition, the group authored an institution-wide approach to managing the development of new information resources,
the restructuring of existing resources, and the development of policy recommendations.
